We receive personal data only when you contact us yourself: by email, phone, or a messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or similar). In that case we process your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Why and on what basis
We use this data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if we agree to work together, carry out the project and issue contracts and invoices. The legal basis is your request to take steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Technical data and cookies
The site is hosted on Tilda Publishing, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when the page loads. The site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

The calculator works in your browser. We do not receive or store the values you enter unless you send them to us yourself.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with service providers needed for our work (for example our accountant, hosting and messaging services) and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Data related to projects and accounting is kept for the period required by Bulgarian law.

You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
